Types of Cakes

So today's blog is really short, but I thought it was important to mention that I can do all types of cakes from wedding to birthday to custom novelty cakes. Any occasion! Mothers day is coming up soon, and I still have some time to take orders, so let me know!

Back to work now ;-)

Pricing

You'll notice that on either side of my page there is a PayPal 'Buy Now' button.  While I am a 'Gen Y', I'm not all that good with complex computer stuff - so therefore here is how they will need to work:

I have added a price list for my cakes to my page.  If it is a little hard to understand, here is an example of how to find out a rough price of a cake.

1. Decide what type of cake you would like, and how many tiers.
2. Decide if you would like a ganache filling
3. Decide on the type of icing
4. Decide if you would like flowers, a topper, bow, or writing.  (If you have a particular design in mind, you'll need to contact me for a consultation).
5. Email or call me with the details, and I will send you an invoice.
6. Once you receive an invoice, click the PayPal 'Buy Now' button.  This will bring you to the Paypal page.  Enter the amount shown on the invoice, and follow the prompts.

Welcome!

Hi Everyone, welcome to my Blog!

So you have to forgive me, because I am very new to the blogging world.  I have created this blog to try and get the word out there about my cakes.

I love making cakes.  It's so exciting to see my creations come to life, and at the same time be able to watch people enjoy it.  My cakes are moist and delicious, and although I am still learning new things all the time, I am able to create beautiful cakes for all occasions!  My abilities also extend to cupcakes and cookies!

I have a little bit of an ulterior motive for my cake making.  My husband and I have a 4 year plan to move to Canada to be closer to my family. With every cake I sell,  the profits will go into a savings account, getting us one step closer to making it to Canada.

So... enjoy the photo's, and hopefully I have piqued your interest enough for you to order a cake!
