So it's been a while since I last posted on here. I haven't done too many cakes lately. Had a bit of a break so I could paint my house.
I did however make a cake at short notice for a friend at work. His last name was Dyce, hence the request for this specific cake. I stayed up until 1 am the night before making it, and despite being very tired, was very happy with how it turned out.
So it looks like I may be heading on a trip overseas next year. I asked hubby if he would mind me getting a second job so I could save more towards the trip. He said he would rather I not (as I work hard already), so I am trying to get more exposure for my cakes in the hopes that I may be able to start making a little profit from them for my 'Tracy and Eugen need to travel' fund.Anyway I'm blabbing now.
